Castflow is a platform built to centralize the management of talent, opportunities, availability and workflows for talent agencies. We only collect the data needed to run the service and to manage the relationship with your agency:
- Account data — name, work email address, agency name and contact details provided at sign-up or when requesting a demo.
- Usage data — pages viewed, features used and technical data (device type, browser), in order to improve the platform.
- Business content — information about talent, opportunities and availability that you enter into the platform, hosted on your behalf.
- Communications — messages sent through our contact or newsletter sign-up forms.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed for specific and legitimate purposes: to provide and secure the service, respond to your requests, improve the platform, and — with your consent — send you our news. Depending on the case, the legal basis is the performance of the contract, our legitimate interest in improving the product, or your consent.
