No per-agent fees. No setup fees.
Example: an agency with 60 talent pays 210 USD a month.
Switching tools
The problem isn't your spreadsheet. It's retyping everything. We import your talent for you: you don't re-enter a single profile. Run a few castings alongside your current method. If Castflow Studio proves itself, keep it. If not, all your talent leaves in one file.
Security and longevity
You trust Castflow Studio with the talent list that keeps your agency running. So we've put in writing who can access it, where it's stored, how you get it back and what happens if we were no longer around.
If Castflow ever shut down, you would still leave with all your talent, in the format of your choice.

Being swamped is exactly when it pays off. Setup is on us: 15 minutes, we import your talent, and you keep working the way you always have until you decide otherwise. And if things are quiet, that's the easiest time to switch, with no casting waiting.
Keep it, and test alongside. We import your talent, you run a few real castings both ways, and you decide. If Castflow Studio doesn't prove itself, your talent leaves in one file.
We do the import for you.
No. Castflow Studio suggests, you decide. It handles the rereading, the retyping and the follow-ups. You review the shortlist before anything goes out.
Your talent data is stored in Canada. Two administrators can access it, and every access is logged. It is never used to train AI. You can export everything in one file on any day, and for 60 days after you leave. The details are on the Security page.
Say so on the call. We'll tell you frankly whether it exists, whether it's coming or whether it isn't planned.
Castflow Studio reads the casting's criteria and suggests the profiles that fit. You adjust the shortlist before anything is sent.
